Gray Creative Studio is a boutique branding and graphic + web design agency based in Ventura County, California. We specialize in working with women owned-and-operated businesses with everything from the beginning stages of creating their business to a complete brand refresh and all things in between. Founded in 2014 (originally as Taryn Marie Designs), we have worked with a range of clients including service based businesses, photographers, bloggers, e-commerce businesses, musicians, and more.

At Gray Creative Studio, we work with companies to define their brand and create the essential pieces needed to convey that message. We firmly believe that companies cannot maintain long term success without a clear, defined brand. One thing that truly sets us apart is a genuine skill for understanding the vision even when our clients are unable to vocalize specific details about it. It is common practice for us to ask our clients to create a Pinterest board with “anything and everything” that inspires them as it relates to the brand – this can include actual pieces of branding and colors but also, it often includes things that convey a vibe such as interior decor, artwork, floral arrangements, and more. Inspiration can come from the unlikeliest of places.

Taryn is the owner and creative director at Gray Creative Studio. She has over a decade of experience in the marketing, branding, and graphic design world. With a knack for understanding what her clients are looking for, Taryn loves to work hand in hand with her clients to define their brand identity. Her headstrong determination works to the clients advantage, typically in web design, because she will work to ensure that your project functions as it should.

When she’s not working on client projects, Taryn loves to enjoy her free time reading, practicing hand lettering, drinking lots of coffee, and spending time with her dog and her fiancé.
